Broadway Appliance is Pueblo's Only Appliance Specialist Dealing in New and Used Appliance's and Service. We are locally owned and operated with the owners involved in the daily operations of the business for over the past 35 years.

They perform the service work themselves, so you know when your technician arrives, even though we're just specializing in residential appliances, they have a vast knowledge and experience in the Commercial/Residential Laundry, Cooking, Refrigeration and HVAC industry, but are also part of the owners family that cares about the relationship that is built with every client.

”Our work is our best advertisement” is how the business has been built. We're not in the business for the quick buck, but look at every job as an opportunity to build a lasting relationship with the client for years to come.

Clients have asked “Why don't you offer twenty four hour service?” Our answer is to keep our prices lower. To have twenty four hour service your overhead increases seventy five percent and those costs have to be passed along to the customer. So every service call and planned maintenance during normal business hours would have to nearly double in cost to cover a service that most clients never have a need for.

After serving our country for twenty years in the United States Navy, Neil retired and moved his family back to Pueblo, where his wife Sandy grew up. He started his second career at a local laundromat and car wash as a maintenance technician and went to college for Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration.

In 1986 he decided to move his career in another direction and become self-employed. They purchased Broadway Appliance and A-Appliance Sales & Service, Neil running the daily operations and his wife Sandy working behind the scene. Their son Russ started with them in the beginning, while still in high school. After several years he wanted to experience other business operations, so he spent a few years each on the west coast, east coast and in the south.

In 2009 Russ moved back to Pueblo, to allow Neil to fully retire and started running the day to day operations. In 2013 Russ's son Dylan join the company doing the deliveries and In Shop Repairs, Then in 2016 Dylan started doing outside service work on laundry units.

Neil passed away 02/16/2021

Broadway Appliance was originally located at 121 Broadway Ave and A-Appliance was located at 2350 Santa Fe Dr. The previous owner merged them and moved both business's to 215 E. Northern Ave, were in 1986 Neil took over the business. In 1995 the official business name became Broadway Appliance of Pueblo, LLC. Then in 1996 needing more room, we purchased our current location at 2109 E. Evans Ave.
